1. SPONSOR

This promotion is sponsored and administered by The Truck Gathering.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

Begins: October 31, 2025
Ends: April 18, 2026

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Paid Entry

Participants may receive entries through eligible purchases made during the promotion period, including but not limited to event registration passes, merchandise purchases, and ticket offers promoted at the event or through official Truck Gathering channels.

B. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without purchase, mail a handwritten 3x5 card including:

  • Full legal name

  • Mailing address

  • City, State, Zip

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • The phrase: “The Truck Gathering 2026 Giveaway Entry”

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2026 and received by April 10, 2026.
Limit one (1) entry per person.

Mail-in entries will receive equal odds of winning as paid entries.

5. PRIZE

One (1) custom giveaway truck.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $6,000.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as title, registration, licensing, and any other fees associated with prize transfer.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Winner will be selected by random drawing on April 18, 2026 at the end of the event.

Winner must be present at the time of drawing. If the selected winner is not present, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. CHARITABLE DISCLOSURE

A portion of proceeds will go toward supporting Guthrie Junior ROTC.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances that may compromise the integrity of the promotion.

Sponsor may clarify or update these rules for administrative purposes, provided that such changes do not materially affect the odds of winning.

10. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
