  • The Truck Gathering is for classic vehicles with 4 wheels or more and NO trunk. Eligible vehicles include: Pickup trucks, Panel trucks, Suburbans / Blazers / SUVs, Vans, Crew cabs & work trucks, and Farm & shop trucks. If it has a traditional car trunk, it is not part of the show. We consider anything 20 years or older a classic.

  • Before December 31 — $35
    January 1 – March 31 — $45
    April 1 – Event Day — $50
    Dates and pricing may vary slightly year to year. Registration cost is the same whether you attend one day or the full weekend.

  • Yes. The Truck Gathering takes place rain or shine. Bring a chair, a canopy, and a good attitude.

  • No. Spectators are FREE. Spectator parking is FREE. You only need to register if you want your vehicle parked in the show.

  • Every registered vehicle receives: Entry into the show for the entire weekend, Entry into the Friday Night Poker Run, and One (1) free ticket for the Giveaway Truck (see official rules for details).

  • The Poker Run takes place Friday night of the event. Registered vehicles participate FREE with registration. Non-registered participants may join for $20 per vehicle. Must sign up before 3:00 PM Friday. Poker Run begins at 4:00 PM.

  • The Friday Night Downtown Guthrie Cruise is FREE to everyone. Bring any vehicle you want to show off — it does not need to be registered. The cruise route will be posted inside the official show group. Cruise Rules: No burnouts, No reckless driving, Keep it respectful and safe. We want Guthrie welcoming us back every year.

  • Yes — trailer parking is FREE. All trailers must be parked in the designated trailer parking area.

  • Yes. Giveaway tickets can be purchased at the Show Merchandise Booth located at the front entrance of the show grounds. Each registered truck also receives one free Giveaway Truck ticket.

  • Camping is available onsite. Cost: $25 (entire weekend). Includes self-contained RV camping and tent camping. Campers receive access to exclusive bathrooms and showers not available to general attendees.

  • Registrations begin mailing the first week of April. Pre-registration pricing ends March 31.

  • Yes. NO glass bottles. Cans and plastic only.

  • Yes. Golf cart pass required — $25. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license. No underage drivers.

  • Yes. You may bring your own at no charge. Scooters are also available for rent onsite.
