Our 2024 event will be held in Guthrie Oklahoma at the Cottonwood Flats Recreation area. The address is listed below. We will have use of 30 to 40 acres of grassy area with trees. Event location address is 308-398 N 5th St, Guthrie, OK 73044. Please stay tuned for our map release for further layout details for the event.

Our event will take place on Friday April 19th from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday April 20th from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. These hours are subject to change as needed or as we see fit prior to the event.

Any truck, 20 years of age or older will be welcomed to participate in our event. If it has a tailgate, it is allowed. Any vehicle trying to participate that does not meet these requirements will be refunded, if pre-registered, or turned away the day of the event. Pretty simple requirements. Our event is a rain or shine event so please use your best judgment when determining if the weather for the event dates will affect your participation. It is Oklahoma and the weather changes every minute.

Pre-registration will be $35 per vehicle you want to register for participation in our event. This registration is good for both days of the event. Registrations are non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant or qualifying vehicle. Registration will open up on June 1st 2023. Day of registrations will be $45 and will be made available on a first come first serve basis.

Registration packets will be mailed out 2 to 3 weeks prior to the event.

Participants will be allowed to setup a canopy during the event where you decide to park. Keep in mind weather and the Oklahoma winds. By registering for the event, you are agreeing to secure your canopy properly and are releasing The truck Gathering from any damages caused to property or bodily harm to people attending the event. As the registered participant, you bare all responsibility for any accidents resulting from your conduct or improper setup of any canopy/signage you erect at the event site. Small grills are allowed at the event unless there is a current state issued burn ban in effect at the time of the event.

Participant truck parking is on a first come, first serve basis. You will be allowed to leave your truck parked at the event site overnight on Friday April 19th. We will have overnight security protecting the venue. Please make sure to adhere your event registration sticker to your windshield where it is visible to our gate workers. This sticker is what gets you in on both days.

Golf carts, ATV’s, Scooters etc. are not allowed. Handicap related mobility scooters ARE Allowed.

Pets, service related or not, that are leashed, are allowed. You are responsible for any issues that arise from your pet that affects another pet or causes bodily harm to any individual attending the event.

We will have plenty of food and beverage vendors setup on site at the event. You are welcome to bring a cooler with you for beverages. **NO GLASS BOTTLES**
